DotA v6.66b released

Just two weeks ago we announced the new DotA version 6.66. Once again IceFrog has made few changes and fixed some bugs. Below you’ll find the changelog and we can also announce that we have deleted the Divine Rapier rule since it is not necessary to keep it within the new DotA version.
