Reconnecting to DotA matches after disconnects?

IceFrog´s latest blog entry states that Varlock, the popular Ghost hosting bot developer seems to have found a way reconnecting to dropped games in DotA. By giving players the chance to reenter DotA matches, this could make a big difference for our beloved DotA-World and make games much more enjoyable for the players who have dropped as well as for the ones who were left behind!
